It boasts a 360° panoramic view of the city with Goryokaku below. It will be open from 6:30 on New Year's Day. Immediately after the first sunrise (around 7:04), a "First Sunrise Lion Dance Performance" will be shown on the observation deck. After watching the first sunrise, you can pray for good health and prosperity in the year with the lion dance performance.
