The 75th Sapporo Snow Festival will be held from February 4th (Tuesday) to 11th (Tuesday, national holiday) in 2025. It is a major winter event representing Sapporo, Hokkaido, attracting approximately 2 million people every year. At the Odori venue, impressive large snow sculptures will be lined up, and you can enjoy a skating rink and other winter activities. Notable large snow sculptures include those themed on the anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" and the game "Monster Hunter Wilds," the "Former Hokkaido Government Office Building," which symbolizes Hokkaido's history, and "Otaru Ginrinso." Some of the snow sculptures will have projection mapping performed at night, so you can enjoy them twice, during the day and at night.

At the Susukino site, illuminated ice sculptures line the grounds, creating a romantic atmosphere. At the Tsudome site, there are plenty of activities for parents and children to enjoy, including the slide that is popular every year, so families can have fun without worry.
