Noboribetsu City and Shiraoi Town will hold the "Recycle Festival '25 in Noboribetsu/Shiraoi" with the aim of raising public awareness of waste reduction and reduction, proper sorting of garbage, promoting recycling, and combating global warming, and of creating a circular, carbon-free society.

A food and drink sales corner will be set up in the outdoor special venue using food trucks (mobile food trucks), and a food and drink sales corner will be set up in the Civic Gallery on the 1st floor.
