Fujiya's popular event "Smile Switch Festa," which was held in Fukuoka in September 2024 and Tokyo and Osaka in January 2025, will be held in Sapporo, Hokkaido. At the event venue, a project entitled "Today is Praise Day at Fujiya," based on the Fujiya Western Confectionery Store's commercial, will be held with the theme "Reward yourself at least once a week, whether you've worked hard or not!" In addition to sweets exclusive to this event, Peko-chan goods that have been well-received in Tokyo and Osaka will also be available in Sapporo.
