Overview
This large-scale fireworks event is held in Moerenuma Park in Sapporo. Moerenuma Park was designed by Isamu Noguchi, and is a place where beautiful nature and art come together. You can enjoy the depth of the vast park and the three-dimensional production that makes use of the undulating terrain, which is also called "sculpture of the earth." You can enjoy a non-stop 60-minute artistic fireworks program that lavishly combines balls from the country's top fireworks artists. In 2024, the name was changed to "Hokkaido Artistic Fireworks," and it is held under the theme of From Hokkaido to the World. Taking advantage of the vast park grounds, you can enjoy a dynamic fireworks show where light and sound are synchronized. One of the reasons for its popularity is the unique 3D production and the fact that you can enjoy fireworks set to long-loved classic music.
