2025, the last Uchicos!
Otaru's huge commercial facility, Wing Bay Otaru, is now open to cosplay!
You can use various facilities while wearing your cosplay.
Equipped with separate changing rooms for men and women, makeup rooms, luggage storage, and private toilets!
There are plenty of spots where you can see the ocean!
The event will run until 6:30pm, so you can take your time taking photos!
