The illumination festival has become an annual winter event in Niikappu Town. This year's events include a concert by the Niikappu Pepper Band and participants of the lifelong learning course "Musical Instrument Experience" sponsored by the town's Board of Education, a jack-in-the-box "Winter Fun Party," outdoor illuminations, a lighting ceremony for the giant tree inside the Record Hall, free hot drinks, and more.
