Hokkaido is currently undertaking various initiatives to resolve increasingly diverse and complex regional issues by matching the support needs of local communities with those of businesses and organizations. The Hokkaido Support Seminar will be held to create opportunities for matching between businesses and municipalities in the prefecture.

There will also be a social gathering where participants can sample Hokkaido products, as well as a raffle where participants can win gifts in return for hometown tax donations.

■Event details
・Municipal project PR session: Using a posting tool that allows for real-time interaction, participants can exchange opinions with speakers (mayors of municipalities, etc.) on the spot.
・Municipal PR booths: Local government projects will be promoted, as will food and tourism. Local products will be sampled, allowing participants to experience the charms of the region.
