This year also the long-awaited 2026 Shiribeshi Cotriade Fair will be held. Hotels ・ restaurants combined 10 establishments will participate, and original soups that each establishment has put their ingenuity into and can only be tasted here will be gathered in full force. While enjoying the individuality of each store, by all means, please try to compare eating with an exciting feeling. Furthermore, from among those who filled out the questionnaire, by lottery, we have also prepared a happy plan where wonderful products of council members will be won.
