Overview

At the 1st-floor plaza of the Sapporo TV Tower, a landmark of Sapporo, the "Sapporo BBQ in the Snow" will be held, where you can enjoy a gourmet experience unique to winter in Sapporo. At the venue, it is a hands-on outdoor BBQ event where you can grill and taste Hokkaido-produced meat and game yourself while gathering around a charcoal shichirin grill. You can taste brand-name meats from various parts of Hokkaido, such as "Ohashi Farm Shiretoko Beef," "Pecora Farm Shibetsu Suffolk," and "Sumikawa Meat Shop's Ezo Venison."
