Galettes are French-born buckwheat crepes. They are delicious, nutritious, stylish in appearance, and are growing in popularity. You can fully enjoy the charm of the buckwheat dish, galette.

■ Sale of Dattan soba (Tartary buckwheat)
■ Parent-Child Galette Making Class
・Time: 9:30-10:30 each day
・Participation Fee: 1000 yen/person
・Registration: At the venue on the day of the event from 9:00 on a first-come, first-served basis
・Eligibility: Elementary school students and older
・Capacity: 10 people per session
■ Exhibition Corner (NARO Hokkaido Agricultural Research Center): Introduction of the new Tartary buckwheat variety 'Manten Kirari', etc.
■ Other: Sale of processed buckwheat flour products, etc.
