Overview

The Ishikari Zen Dojo is an authentic Zen group that follows the lineage of Kamakura's Engaku-ji Temple.
A one-day zazen experience session will be held on Sunday, August 23rd, where you can carefully practice zazen for a day and also enjoy tea.
The schedule is posted on the attached flyer.
The participation fee is 1000 yen, including lunch & a seat at the tea ceremony.
Beginners are also welcome to attend.
For preparation purposes, please apply via the website by Wednesday, 8/19.
