Jozan Fountainhead Park
Established on the 200th anniversary of the birth of the founder of Jozankei Onsen. There is also "Ontama no Yu" in the park.
If you walk down to the center of Jozankei Onsen Town from "Kappa Kazoku no Gakkake Teyu" along Route 230, you will find "Jozan Fountainhead Park" at the foot of Tsukimi Bridge. The park was built to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jozan Jozan, a monk who established the foundation of Jozankei Onsen. The park has a statue of Jozanbo, footbaths, handbaths, and an interesting feature is the "Ontama no Yu," where visitors can make hot spring eggs using hot spring water that is over 80°C. This is a fun experience unique to the hot spring resort area. The park is open from 7:00 to 21:00, and admission is free. There are also footbaths and handbaths scattered throughout the hot spring resort area, so take a stroll and enjoy visiting the hot spring baths.
