This is a central facility for community activities that can be used for all kinds of sports and cultural activities.
The multi-purpose hall, which can accommodate 2,500 people, is used as a venue for lectures, concerts, and ceremonies, and is also used for indoor athletic training and competitions.
There is also a training room with various training machines, an audio-visual room, and a training room that can be used as a conference room, making it ideal for training camps. There is also a 32-mat Japanese-style room on the first floor, equipped with a stage, which is used as a base for cultural groups such as flower arrangement and Japanese dancing.
Outside, there is a full-scale outdoor stage, which boasts of being the best in East Hokkaido, a monument plaza, a community plaza, six tennis courts with nighttime lighting, two softball fields, and an indoor gate ball field.
