Adjacent to JR Shin-Yubari Station and close to the Yubari Interchange on the East Hokkaido Expressway, Yubari is the southern gateway to Yubari.
Yubari's agricultural products are not only Yubari melons...but also Yubari's other products! Fresh produce harvested in Yubari can be found here. Of course, in summer, Yubari melons are available in abundance, and the area is crowded with customers who want to buy them as souvenirs.
In addition, Yubari's famous specialty products are also available, such as Yubari melon baumkuchen (sold in limited quantities only), sweets made from Yubari melon juice, and canned sweetened flower beans, a popular Yubari souvenir among those in the know.
The Yubari Melon Soft Ice Cream, sold only during the summer, is a gem with the aroma of sweet Yubari melon spreading in your mouth.
