■Local specialty product direct sales facility
Fresh, just-picked agricultural produce and wild vegetables from Uryu Town are sold here, with the producers directly shipping out each season. In the spring, wild vegetables are sold, in the summer, watermelons, corn, and all kinds of vegetables, in the fall, vegetables for pickling, and in the winter, beans and other seasonal produce are sold here.

■ Uryu Numa Nature Museum
The Uryu Numa Nature Museum exhibits about 130 representative works from the vast collection of photographs that nature photographer Hironori Okamoto has taken over the last 30 years. Each work is accompanied by an easy-to-understand explanation, so by visiting the museum you can understand the change of seasons in the Uryu Numa wetlands.

■ Tsujii Kyoun Gallery Bokukyo
The gallery "Boku Hibiki" has a permanent exhibition of the works of Keiun Tsujii, one of Japan's leading calligraphers and a native of Uryu Town. Please enjoy the "sound of ink" created by the black and white and the dynamic movement of the brush.

■ Ice Hall
The most popular item is the Uryu rice ice cream, made with Uryu rice, and the limited edition Melon ice cream, made with freshly picked melon pulp. The high-quality soft serve ice cream, Cremia, is also recommended.

■ Suzuki Kamaboko Shop
We sell freshly fried piping hot tempura kamaboko. Please enjoy the exquisite combination of tempura kamaboko and Uryu rice. Is this combination the first of its kind in the country?

■ Yakitori Club
We offer a take-out service of yakitori and rice balls, which are carefully skewered with raw meat and grilled over charcoal until juicy. You will be drawn in by the smell of grilling meat and will be satisfied with the dish you get.

■Relaxing Restaurant "Ho"
The rice they use is, of course, Uryu rice, and they serve ramen and set meals using seasonal vegetables from Uryu Town.
