In 2016, Mr. Saburo Kitajima, who reached his 55th anniversary of his artistic path, to praise his achievements, on October 1, 2017, which became Shiriuchi Town's 50th anniversary of town system enforcement, by the Summer Carnival in Shiriuchi Executive Committee, a memorial monument was erected.

On the monument surface, it says:

Seasons change, world changes
Born and raised, in this hometown
Even now sleeping, my parents are there
Forever and ever, every day
Ah... precious hometown, Shiriuchi
Heisei Twenty-Nine Year, Saburo Kitajima

And, Mr. Kitajima's feelings towards his hometown Shiriuchi Town and his parents are inscribed.
