Kevin Village VILLA Tokutomi (Villa Top) takes its name from Tokutomi (the historical place name of Shintotsukawa) + villa (VILLA). The names of each building, "Yamato," "Yoshino," "Yayoi," and "Kagetsu," are derived from the names of places in Nara handed down from the ancient times. VILLA Tokutomi has four cottages. The cottages are warmly built with plenty of wood and are spacious enough for a large group of people.

The rooms are fully equipped with home appliances and tableware, making them comfortable even for long-term stays. Cottage guests will also receive a free hot spring ticket to the Hotel Green Park Shintotsukawa in Furusato Park.
