This is a large cedar tree over 100 years old located in the northern part of Fugakari district, Kikonai Town.
Its majestic form, which has witnessed the history of Kikonai, is worth seeing.
The Jizo Hall by the single cedar enshrines a Jizo statue that was excavated from the soil of Yurikosawa about 100 years ago. Various legends have arisen, and the local people revere him as Jizo the Child Treasurer and Jizo the Fireman, and he is still passed down today as a simple folk belief.
