Gold Sand Digging Experience
The Rekibune River was once the site of a gold rush. Even today, gold sand still lies in this river, and visitors can experience gold sand digging using the traditional method of "katcha" or "yuri-ita" at the upper reaches of the Rekibune River.
Both adults and children can enjoy the excitement of gold dusting as if they were treasure hunters. Forget about time for a while and become absorbed in the search for gold dust.
