SPOT
This local museum is housed in a closed former Hama Sarufutsu Elementary School building. Many large and powerful exhibits are on display, including materials that remind visitors of the history of fishing and dairy farming in the village, and a sleigh pulled by a farm horse. Visitors can catch a glimpse of how people lived in the old days when they overcame the long, harsh winters.
