This is a must-see spot in the Bikuni area. A 410-meter promenade leads to Cape Koganejima, which juts out into the sea from the end of Bikuni Port. From the observatory, you can see the clear blue waters of the Sea of Japan, the coastline with its sheer cliffs, and the town of Miguni.
