Cape Kamui and Kamui Rock

The tip of Cape Kamui, which juts out dramatically into the ocean, is about 770m from the gate off-limits to women. If you follow the Charenka trail, which offers magnificent views of the Sea of Japan on both sides, you can see a 300-degree rounded horizon in about 20 minutes. Early summer day lilies are also beautiful here.

There is a gate at the entrance to Cape Kamui, and opening and closing times change depending on the season. It takes about 40 minutes round trip to the end of the promenade at Cape Kamui, so please be aware of the closing time. If you are short on time, you can enjoy the view from the Women's Gate. The opening and closing times of the Women's Gate and the entrance gate may change depending on the weather (rain, wind, etc.).
