This museum is dedicated to Nishimura Keio, a painter from Kyowa Town whose works were highly acclaimed in France and purchased by the French government and the city of Paris.
In addition to the exhibition rooms, the museum has a restored atelier and hosts a variety of events, making it well worth a visit.
