Nakafurano Forest Park
Overview
As you slowly gaze upon the rural landscapes and flower gardens spreading at the foot of Mount Tokachi and ascend to the top, you will find a forest park enveloped in a clear blue sky and dazzling greenery. In spring, cherry blossoms and tulips are in full bloom, and in autumn, a tranquil space surrounded by autumn leaves awaits you. If you are lucky, you might encounter a Ezo squirrel.
Numerous walking trails are established in the forest on Mount Hokusei. Whether you choose to walk or cycle, please enjoy exploring the forest.
