Rishiri Town Settlement and Emigration Support Center Tsuginoba is a place to "inherit" the past of the town and create the "next" future. It is a one-stop shop that provides consultation on settling in and moving to Rishiri, such as housing and work, as well as information on living in the town. It is a community space in the town.
A diverse group of people gather here on a daily basis, some born and raised on the island, some U-turners, some I-turners, and others visiting for sightseeing or work. Even if you are here as a tourist, please feel free to stop by if there is anything you would like to know about the island or if you have any questions.
