This is an all-weather outlet park where you can enjoy shopping and dining all at once, from brand-name shopping and the latest gourmet foods popular locally and in Tokyo, to local specialties such as vegetables, seafood, and souvenirs from Hokkaido.

It is one of the largest outlet malls in Hokkaido. More than 170 stores, the most in Hokkaido and north of the Tohoku region, are gathered in a store area of approximately 30,000 square meters. It offers high-quality products from domestic and international brands and select shops at outlet prices. Located midway between central Sapporo and New Chitose Airport, it also anticipates attracting customers from overseas, including other parts of Asia.

For dining, a large food court with about 650 seats features 18 establishments, including popular local ramen shops and Western-style restaurants. There is also an ice cream shop opening its first Hokkaido branch and a popular local cafe. In addition, the 'Hokkaido Loco Farm Village' offers a wide variety of local specialties and agricultural products. Events for children, performance shows, and more are also held.
