Originated in Obihiro, the famous restaurant "Curry Shop Indian" has been loved by local people for over 50 years. Three types of roux are offered. While each flavor has its fans, what can be called the most standard flavor is the "Indian Roux". Based on the umami of beef, it is finished into a rich and flavorful taste with originally blended spices. With plenty of beef too, the eating satisfaction is excellent (◎).

For seafood curry and cutlet curry, "Basic Roux" is used, but "connoisseurs" seem to enjoy various customizations, such as adding a cutlet as an additional topping to "Indian". Being able to find your own taste is also one of its charms.
