Located inside the Hokkaido Hotel, about a five-minute drive from Obihiro Station, this is a reservation-only tempura restaurant. The one-of-a-kind "Ezo Tempura" is made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients unique to Hokkaido, and is delicious, attracting gourmets from inside and outside Hokkaido. There are six seats at the counter, and the only dish served is the "Tempura Course" omakase menu, which costs 16,000 yen (tax included). Reservations are accepted until 5 p.m. the day before. This is the perfect place for a special occasion.
