Located along National Route 243 from the city center, with a backdrop of serene rural landscapes and gentle mountains, Toge no Yu Bihoro is characterized by its dome-shaped roof. The building, which takes advantage of its rich natural environment and convenient transportation access, is a bathing facility for health promotion and inter-regional exchange.

In addition to an accessible bath for individuals with disabilities, the large dome-shaped bath area features two spacious bathrooms with different designs, which alternate daily between men's and women's use. It is also fully equipped with a dry sauna, a mist sauna, and a cold water bath.

The facility is equipped with amenities such as a special rest lounge for relaxing, rental rooms and an exchange hall that can be used as a place for social interaction, free Wi-Fi, an RV park open only in the summer, a log house, and a dedicated space for motorcycle rider tents.
