This is the only facility in Japan that protects and raises dozens of seals, primarily spotted seals, as well as ringed seals and ribbon seals. During feeding times, held five times a day, you can watch them eat and perform charming tricks, while the keepers provide detailed explanations about seal ecology. The walls of the breeding pool have underwater windows, so you can also observe the cute seals as they swim.
