As one of the core centers of the Geopark, the "Tourism Information Center" provides information, the "Volcano Disaster Prevention Learning Center" provides information on volcanoes and disaster prevention through various panels and materials, and "Sam's" sells fruits, agricultural products and processed foods from Sobetsu Town. The information counter is mainly used for visitors to learn about the town of Sobetsu. The information counter provides information on roads and sightseeing in Sobetsu and the surrounding area. A nursing room has been newly equipped in the building since April 2009. The facility has been reborn as one that is friendly to mothers with small children.
In addition, with the spread of electric vehicles, EV chargers and dedicated lanes are available. (It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete charging.)
