Overview
This is one of the places where you can get the closest experience to the Kiritappu Wetlands. The 500-meter boardwalk is a walking course where you can observe plants unique to the wetlands. The deck at the back is a spot where you can overlook the water, and if you're lucky, you might see wild animals such as red-crowned cranes and Ezo deer. The wetlands landscape changes with the seasons, making it a wonderful experience no matter when you visit.
The colonies of Ezo daylilies are particularly beautiful in summer.
