Overview
This is the generic name for a 321-km-long road that runs along the coastline from Hiroo Town in Tokachi to Cape Nosappu in Nemuro City. Among them, the road along the coastline through Kushiro Town, Atsugishi Town, and Hamanaka Town is named "Cape and Flower Fog Road. In Hamanaka Town, driving along the coastline on Highway 123 will take you to Cape Tear Cape, Mosasappu Swamp, Hiasasappu Swamp, Biwase Observatory, and Biwase Wood Road, while driving on Highway 142 from Hamanaka Town toward Nemuro City will take you to Horodonuma and Enkotan Parking Park, making this a driving route where you can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery.
