SPOT
Established by the Wild Bird Society of Japan for the conservation of the red-crowned crane and its habitat. The sanctuary is home to a nature center that conducts feeding activities in winter when food is scarce, as well as crane conservation activities. cranes can be seen in a variety of forms, from territorial battles in October to singing contests in November, both from outdoors and indoors. The center is open from October to March.
