Tsurumidai
Overview
Tsurumidai is a red-crowned crane viewing spot in Tsurui Village, located on the north side of Kushiro Marsh. Located along Highway 53 and with a parking lot, it attracts many people during the winter season. The red-crowned cranes can be seen from November to March, and during peak season, nearly 200 cranes gather to show their graceful dance.
