SPOT
Sainokawara Park Campground
Swimming, playing in the water, and fishing are allowed. There is a restaurant and souvenir store at the entrance. At night, there is no lighting, so the surroundings are pitch-dark, but it is a great location for enjoying the starry sky. Sai-no-gawara, one of the five sacred sites in southern Hokkaido, is located here, and the Sai-no-gawara Festival is held on June 22 every year as the first of the three major festivals in Okushiri.
