In Takigami urban area's center, what is on a small hill is "Shibazakura Takinoue Park".
From early May to early June, the shibazakura blooming profusely all over Shibazakura Takinoue Park began from "one box full of tangerines" of seedlings.
Since then, by the efforts of the townspeople and the town, it multiplied every year, and now it has become a large colony of 100,000 square meters.
Its scale boasts Japan's largest scale.
The small and lovely flowers not only have the vividness of pink, but also a sweet scent envelops the town.
This shibazakura, along with the valley flowing at the foot of the hilly area, invites travelers to a dreamlike world.
