2. Rishiri Hokuroku Campground (Rishirifuji Town)

The Rishiri Hokuroku Campsite is located at the entrance to the trailhead, and there is also a hiking trail, so you can enjoy camping with the aim of forest bathing. The area around the campsite has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Forests for Forest Bathing in Japan," and nearby is the spring water "Kanro Spring Water," which has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Famous Waters in Japan." 3. Pinneshiri Auto Campsite (Nakatonbetsu Town)

This auto campsite is rich in nature at the foot of Mount Pinneshiri, where the northernmost hiking trail is maintained. There are various ways to enjoy the site, including free sites for tent camping, car sites where you can park your car next to the site, cottages for 4 to 6 people where the whole family can relax, and trailer houses where you can enjoy a compact private space.

4. Hamanasu Community Square Campground (Eshi Town)

At the campsite behind the roadside station, you can stay while listening to the sound of the Okhotsk Sea waves and smelling the salty sea. The surrounding area is filled with vibrant Hamanasu flowers. This is a convenient campsite where you can shop at the roadside station nearby and enjoy swimming in the sea.

5. Kutsugatamisaki Park Campground (Rishiri Town)

It is located in Rishiri Town Kutsugata Cape Park, which juts out from the west side of Rishiri Island. Because it is close to the coastline, you can see kelp fishing, sea urchin fishing, and kelp drying up close during the summer season. The Kutsugata Ferry Terminal is located very close to Kutsugata City, making it a convenient location for shopping. It is a campsite with a great view of Mt. Rishiri and a feeling of openness.

Boyodai Campsite is located on a hill overlooking the magnificent Sea of Japan with Kodaira city below. It is fully equipped with car sites, bungalows, showers and free parking.

Located at the top of the mountain in Utanobouri Health Recovery Village in Esashi Town, this campsite is surrounded by the songs of birds and the sound of fresh leaves. 8. Rishiri Island Family Campsite Yu-ni (Rishirifuji Town)

The name of the campsite, "Yu-ni," means "a place with hot water" in Ainu (as hot springs are located nearby). There are historical sites in the surrounding area, and the area's history is deeply connected to the Ainu people, so the name was chosen. The cottages and bungalows within the facility were built with universal design in mind.

12. Sarufutsu Park Campground (Sarufutsu Village)

Adjacent to the vast Sarufutsu Village Farm, the campsite, where the sea breeze of the Sea of Okhotsk feels pleasant on the skin, is also used as an event space. The campsite is 24,600m2 in total, and is equipped with a kitchen and toilets. There are also three bungalows, each of which can accommodate up to four people.

Riverside Park is a park with natural grass adjacent to the downtown area of Mashike-cho. This campsite is located on the shores of Lake Kutcharo, which is rich in natural scenery. Lake Kutcharo is made up of two lakes, Onuma and Konuma, which are connected by a narrow waterway. On the south side of Onuma, there are facilities such as a waterfowl observation center, a campsite, hot spring facilities, and a swan park.
