Bifuka Island (Mifuka Town)

Forest Park Bifuka Island is a place where visitors can play freely while interacting with nature under the theme of water and greenery. 2 Kitoushi Forest Park (Higashikawa Town)

This park is full of greenery at the foot of Kitoushi Mountain. With the theme of "Enjoy Family Fun Together," the park offers accommodations such as rental cabins and campgrounds, a jabu-jabu pond that is very popular with small children, go-carts, and other hands-on facilities. In summer, visitors can enjoy the undulating park golf course, and in winter, they can fully enjoy family skiing at the adjacent Canmore Ski Village.

This auto campground boasts rich nature and excellent facilities, as if watched over by the leisurely flow of the Teshio River and deep green satoyama. A menu of hands-on activities such as canoeing and making replicas of fossils unique to Nakagawa-cho is also available. You can also enjoy full-scale canoe touring, fishing, and forest bathing, and relaxing and watching the river is also a relaxing experience.

4. Hitsuji no Oka Campsite <Hills of Hitsuji> (Nakafurano Town)

This campground is located on the grounds of Hitsuji no Oka, a Genghis Khan and Fureai Farm just at the foot of the Tokachi Mountain Range. As the name suggests, you can enjoy the full night sky of Hokkaido up close. The hills are a symbolic agricultural area of Hokkaido, with rows of poplar trees, fields of beer wheat, and a ranch where you can interact with Suffolk sheep and small animals.

5. iwaonai-ko Shirakaba Campsite (Shibetsu City)

A comfortable campground where you can freely drive your car into the grassy site. 6. Mushroom Village Aibetsu Auto Camp Ground (Aibetsu Town)

This campground is full of nature along the Ishikari River with a view of the majestic Daisetsuzan Mountains. Rainbow trout fishing is available at the recreational pond in the campground, and is very popular among children. The motto of the campground is "kindness and cleanliness," and it is equipped with toilets for the handicapped, flush toilets, shower facilities, and a coin-operated laundry so that campers can enjoy a comfortable camping life.

8. Yamabe Nature Park Taiyo no Sato Campsite (Furano City)

Located at the foot of a mountain that looks up at Mt. Ashibetsu up close, this campground can accommodate up to 1,000 people. There is also a park golf course, tennis courts, and a nature trail course, allowing visitors to fully enjoy nature. The Fureai-no-ie (House of Friendship) in the park has a lounge, cafeteria, training room, and exhibition hall for wild birds, etc. Barbecues and meals are also available.

The campground, lined with log cabins and cottages, is fully equipped with cooking facilities and toilets, and barbecue houses are also available. 15. Kami Furano Hinode Park Auto Camp Ground (Kamifurano Town)

Close to JR Kamifurano Station and Route 237, this campground is a popular base for sightseeing and mountain climbing in Hokkaido. The park's observatory overlooks the Tokachi Mountain Range and Mt. Ashibetsu, and from early July to late July, the hills are covered with purple lavender.
