Rabbit Yukine, the pet of Hokkaido's official character Snow Miku, has been appointed as the PR Ambassador for Rishiri and Rebun Islands! The inauguration ceremony, special campaigns, and event appearance details have been announced one after another!

First, the ambassador inauguration ceremony will be held at Sapporo Okadama Airport on Thursday, November 24th at 13:00! Rabbit Yukine will be there, of course, along with the mascots from the three towns of Rishiri and Rebun, and cabin crew from Hokkaido Air System. The event is free and open to everyone, so please come and join us.

To celebrate the appointment, the "HAC Trip to Rishiri & Rebun Islands Tourism Campaign" will start on Saturday, November 26th! Passengers on eligible flights on the Sapporo-Rishiri route will receive commemorative gifts, including an original tote bag and sticker featuring Rabbit Yukine!

It's only a 55-minute flight from Sapporo to Rishiri, so enjoy Japan's northernmost remote islands with the excellent access provided by HAC!

Furthermore, an event full of Rishiri Island's charms, "Let's Learn More About Rishiri Island!", will be held for three days from Friday, November 25th to Sunday, November 27th at AEON Sapporo Hassamu. Rabbit Yukine will make an appearance on Saturday, November 26th! This is another chance to get the original tote bag and sticker!
