Niseko is known throughout Japan and the world as a sacred place for winter sports. On October 4 (Wed.) and 5 (Thu.), 2023, Niseko Town will host a collaborative experiment between Niseko Town and companies called "Niseko Lab. will be held on October 4 (Wed.) and 5 (Thu.), 2023. In this issue, we will introduce Niseko's efforts to think about the future of the town.

What is "Niseko Lab. What is "Niseko Lab.

Niseko Lab. is a coined word that combines "Niseko x Collaboration" and "Niseko x Labo". It is an initiative to conduct collaborative experiments between the town of Niseko and companies from within and outside of the town. Participating companies interested in this initiative will spend one night and two days in Niseko for a site visit. This project aims to solve shared issues through the power of business and empathy.

In the background, the population is declining... Let's think about the future of Niseko Town together!

The background of this project is the problem of a declining population. Niseko Town is looking to the future, and has decided to work with businesses both within and outside the town to create something new, so that everyone in Niseko Town can continue to enjoy a rich and fulfilling life. Niseko has decided to launch the "Niseko Lab.

Niseko Lab" Schedule

The first day of the event will be spent in Niseko, with a tour of Niseko Town, including a chance to learn about examples of collaboration between Niseko and businesses, and meet the Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
