On November 30, 2023, a new complex called "BiVi Shin Sapporo" opened in Shin Sapporo, Atsubetsu Ward, Sapporo City, where redevelopment is underway. This time, we will introduce you to the tenant information and highlights of the facility.

BiVi Shin Sapporo is a complex with two basement floors and four aboveground floors, adjacent to JR Shin Sapporo Station, Shin Sapporo Subway Station, and Shin Sapporo Bus Terminal. Approximately 34 stores with a wide variety of options will open, including supermarkets, general merchandise, restaurants, and amusement facilities. In the center of the building, there will be an indoor park called "BiVi PARK" where you can enjoy dining, drinking, and stage events, and it will be a place of relaxation for local residents.

BiVi Shin Sapporo will feature a wide variety of stores, including six stores opening in Hokkaido for the first time, such as the lifestyle goods specialty store "Loft" and the large amusement and reuse store "Bandai."

"BiVi PARK" is an indoor park located on the second floor of BiVi Shin Sapporo. A 16m x 16m LED screen is installed on the ceiling, and the sky changes depending on the season, making it a park where you can feel the greenery all year round in Hokkaido, which is closed off by snow. Leisure sheets and camping chairs are also available for free rental, so you can sit on a chair and read, spread out a leisure sheet and enjoy takeout food, or spend your time however you like.

The entire building is a campus for the "BiVi ART PROJECT"

The name "BiVi" comes from the idea that it is an urban commercial facility that is brilliant and vivid. It is directly connected to JR Shin-Sapporo Station and Shin-Sapporo Subway Station, and is almost directly connected to Shin-Sapporo Bus Terminal. It is also conveniently located just one stop away from the much talked about new baseball stadium for the Nippon-Ham Fighters, "S-Con Field Hokkaido," by JR rapid train, and there is also a direct bus.
