Hiroo Town is the only Santaland in Japan recognized by Norway, the home of Santa Claus. From the "Santaland Tree Lighting Ceremony" held on the fourth Saturday of October every year, illuminations are lit up everywhere, and Hiroo Town is filled with a Christmas atmosphere.
