Many people dream of moving to Hokkaido but feel anxious about what life would be like after relocating. This event series was started by a group of volunteer relocation coordinators from across Hokkaido who wanted to "provide the information that people truly need when they want to move to Hokkaido." So far, they have held events online four times a year and offline several times on an irregular basis.

The 'A Guide to Rural Life in Hokkaido in SAPPORO' event on May 1 is a rare chance to learn about other towns in Hokkaido while being in Sapporo. Eleven municipalities from Hokkaido will gather, giving you the chance to ask questions and get real information about local life, work, and more.

This segment introduces the unique characteristics of each municipality in a ranking format, exploring the distinct charms and environmental differences of each town. You might just find yourself saying, "Wow, I never knew that!"
Hokkaido Rural Life "What I Want to Know!" Roundtable
Based on numerous discussion topics, relocation coordinators who actually live in rural areas will talk about the realities of daily life and answer questions from participants. It's a cozy, informal roundtable where you can freely ask questions to clear up any doubts or anxieties about moving.
