A festival to enjoy wine and gourmet food under clear autumn skies. At the "Northern Harvest Festival Wine Carnival", which will be held for the last time on a large scale this year, you can enjoy Otaru wine, craft beer made at a wine factory, and Otaru's local cocktails. 3 "Tsurui Village Furusato Festival" (Tsurui Village), full of events related to dairy farming

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, "Kamogogawa Nostalgia" is a cultural festival set in the town of Susukino. The two-day event includes "Sapporo Geisha Shu no Odori wo Watashi Kai," a rare experience to see Geisha dance, "Susukino Ghost Story," where you can listen to the classic masterpiece ghost story "Hoichi the Earless" at a temple, "Sapporo BOZU Collection," a monks' fashion show woven by five different religious sects, and more! This is a long-running event in the Hondori shopping street, the center of Naganuma Town. On the day of the event, the national highway becomes a pedestrian paradise, allowing visitors to enjoy a different shopping street atmosphere than usual. In addition to fresh local vegetables, flea market, and flower sales, street performances, fun and games, dance, brass band, and taiko drum performances are also held.

An overnight tour is held in Urahoro Town to experience the work of the Japan External Trade Organization for Regional Development (JETRO). The main part of the tour is to help manage "Uramon GO!", an event themed "Let's Get Urahoro's Delicious Monsters", which is run by a farmer in Urahoro Town as a member of the Regional Development Cooperation Volunteers.
