A historic aquarium that was the first in Japan to successfully breed seals
The person who posted the video is Hakuhime, a "seal lover" who travels around the country to seal facilities. She visited the Muroran Minpo Aquarium for the first time to meet Satsuki, the seal who became a hot topic for hitting a Kerorin bucket.

"Muroran Minpo Minna no Suizokukan" is the first aquarium in Japan to successfully breed spotted seals and harbor seals. Although it is not large, Hakuhime says it is a very attractive facility, including the play equipment on the premises. At one point, it was considered for closure, but it was saved after receiving enthusiastic support from local residents. Hakuhime is one of the people who supported the aquarium through hometown tax donations.
There are lots of seals with unique personalities!
As you can see from the posted video, one of the great attractions of this aquarium is being able to see the seals, each with their own unique personality. The aquarium has separate pools for girls and boys, and in the boys' pool, you can see the seals cheering up like they're at a boys' school during feeding time.
