Faced with a puddle spreading out before her, this calico cat comes to a dead stop. She keeps glancing over, as if trying to communicate something. Her demeanor, like a princess demanding a chauffeur, has sparked a flood of comments like, "She's totally waiting for a taxi," "This cat knows she's royalty," and "Well, she is a princess." Her subsequent appearance, being carried away by a staff member, also drew praise: "Her smug face is so cute," and "Glad you got a lift!"
Mike, the Fastidious Mascot Cat
The cat in the video is "Mike," the farm's mascot cat. Originally a semi-feral cat, she now has a routine of coming and going between the outdoors and the house. She is said to be relatively clean because she grooms herself meticulously.
As you can tell from the video, Mike is whimsical and goes at her own pace, often begging the staff for a ride on her way back. On their X account, they post daily updates of her being carried home, affectionately calling it her "taxi service."
