"Tomikuru" expands Hidaka Town's new daily life

To celebrate the opening, an "Opening Festival" will be held on Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th, with a number of events including a mystery-solving rally, food truck stalls, and performances by the local Tomikawa Junior High School and Tomikawa High School brass bands.
