"Cheese Soufflé Parfait: The Secret of the Smiling Cat" 2,060 yen
In addition to the Snow Miku collaboration parfait, "Parfait Specialty Shop Shiawase no Recipe Suite Plus" offers a variety of other parfaits, including year-round favorites and seasonal specials.
Look for the "Recommended" mark in the menu book
You can choose your parfait by reading about its concept and ingredients in the menu book. I ordered the "Cheese Soufflé Parfait: The Secret of the Smiling Cat" (2,060 yen), which features a cute illustration reminiscent of the Cheshire Cat from "Alice in Wonderland"! It contains a generous amount of cheese soufflé, cream cheese gelato, fresh milk gelato, and raspberry compote, offering a rich yet refreshing flavor. This one also had shiratama (sweet rice) dumplings hidden at the bottom of the glass.
Parmigiano-Reggiano, like a thin, baked cookie
The topping is Parmigiano-Reggiano. Its crisp texture and hint of saltiness provide a perfect accent. It's not overly sweet and would likely pair well with an alcoholic beverage. Highly recommended for cheese lovers.
It's fun to take pictures with the parfaits lined up
The parfait glasses and teacups are also adorable and incredibly photogenic. Their charm will make you want to take lots of pictures, creating wonderful winter memories.

A Taste of the Snow Miku and Shime Parfait Collaboration! Trying the "Snow Miku Collab Parfait"
The limited-time "Snow Miku 2026 Collaboration Parfait," available from January, 3,090 yen
And starting January 9, 2026, a special menu item inspired by "Snow Miku," the character that supports Hokkaido, will be available. As part of the "SNOW MIKU 2026" festival, the "Snow Miku 2026 Collaboration Parfait" (3,090 yen) will be offered as a collaboration menu for the "Hokkaido Happy Sweets Map" project with various sweet shops across Hokkaido.
Its striking blue and white colors are quite unusual for a dessert. Adorned with motifs inspired by the 2026 Snow Miku costume design, it truly captures the essence of Snow Miku and the Hokkaido winter.
A delightful creation reminiscent of Hokkaido's snow
It's packed with goodies: snowflake-shaped sugar confections, strawberries that look dusted with snow, plenty of fresh cream, tart raspberry gelato, and milk gelato. There are also shiratama dumplings at the bottom of the glass, making it a satisfyingly voluminous treat.
The beautiful and photogenic blue and white base with red accents!
The exquisite balance between the rich sweetness of the milk and the refreshing tartness of the raspberry had me finishing it in no time. Fitting for this year's costume theme, "Happy Patisserie," it's a parfait that brings happiness whether you're looking at it or eating it.
A spacious four-person table with plenty of room for parfaits and drinks
The shop also has spacious four-person tables, making it a great place to visit with a group of friends or family. Be sure to stop by "Parfait Specialty Shop Shiawase no Recipe Suite Plus" for a Shime Parfait after the Snow Festival or dinner.
